We provide value engineering accompanied with our services to assist in maintaining budgetary constraints for the project. We assist our clients in determining the most cost effective engineering design solutions to suit the architectural requirements of the project, while also offering alternative solutions with project cost consideration. We corroborate the value engineering with bill of quantities and unit cost for the engineering design options.

We play the roll of main Facade/ Structural/ MEP consultant by carrying out the full detailed design in our office or the roll of third party consultant to review the engineering design performed by others.

We are experienced in preparing project specification for the engineering disciplines Facade, Structural Analysis and MEP. Our aim in specification is to adding value to the project by setting out a holistic approach to all aspects of building design.
